Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10. Dresses and Driftwood use Australia Post and Sendle for all deliveries within Australia. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please allow 2 - 10 business days for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.

Covid Safe: All click and collect purchases will be contact free, following government guidelines. Payments must be made in full before collecting. Masks must be worn during collection.

Delivery times - The times listed above are only estimations; Delays with Australia Post/ Sendle are not the responsibility of Dresses and DRiftwood. Please remember to allow extra time during peak periods and during Covid restrictions.

Delivery Issues -Please note, once you have received your tracking number, we take no further responsibility for the item/s. Parcels that go missing, due to the fault of the customer/courier are to be addressed by customer directly with Sendle/ Australia Post.

Returns

Goods can be returned for an exchange or a full refund if products are in original condition, unworn/unused, unwashed, have all tags attached and are not a sale item.

Returns must be received within 21 days of purchase.

Shipping costs will not be refunded

Damaged items will be refunded, including sale items
